Ordering & Lay-by

Order Choose your invitation package through the online gallery.

Time Frames A design of the invitation wording and layout will be forwarded to you in 4 working days. This design then has to be proofed and any alterations made before the order is authorised by you and forwarded back to us. Once we have received authorisation your order will be completed ready for posting within 4-6 weeks. From ordering to completion of your Invitations you will need to allow a minimum of 5 weeks. This does not include delivery time. A surcharge will be applied to jobs that are required within a shorter time frame.

Postage Please allow ample time for your order to arrive via Australia Post standard post.We take great care in packaging to ensure that your invitations reach you in perfect condition. We cannot be held liable for damange caused by third parties. If you wish to use Express Post or registered mail please contact us directly. Postage & Handling fee is subject to change. If applicable, customer will be advised via email.

Proofs A proof of your invitation will be forwarded via email for you to view within 5-7 working days after your order and payment have been received.Two alterations to the wording and layout can be made before an alteration surcharge is applied. Please ensure that the wording and guest names submitted are as final as possible. Once signed authorisation of the design has been returned, no alterations can be made.

Errors Any errors made on behalf of CeeBee Designs will be reprinted free of charge. However errors that are within the wording submitted by the client or have been approved will be reprinted at a cost to the client. It is the client's responsibility to check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct before signing the authorisation.

Colours/Finish Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed versions. CeeBee Designs recommends that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order.

Prices CeeBee Designs reserves the right to alter prices without notification.

Delivery CeeBee Designs will deliver all products via Australia Post standard post. Please allow ample time for delivery. Urgent or special deliveries can be accommodated at an extra cost. Overseas delivery costs will be quoted on order.

Refunds No refunds will be given after the commencement of the order. The order will be considered final.


Lay-by
At CeeBee Designs, we know how hard it can be to organise a large event like a wedding, engagement or birthday. So why not take advantage of our LAY-BY service. It's as easy as 1,2,3.
1. Let us know what you would like.
Let us know what products and the quantity you are after. We will respond with a quatation. Once you accept our quote, all we need is a 10 % desposit*. There is no lay-by set up or service fee, it is just here to help YOU!

2. Make regular payments.
We will set up a payment plan for you to suit your needs. You can choose to make payments, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on how long 'til the big day. In this time, we will work with you to create your unique design. You will be sent an e-proof for approval. We make as many alterations as required until you are totally satisfied with your design. Once we have approval, it's easy!

3. Finalise Payment.
Payment must be made in full before printing can begin. You will be given a final payment date, and a print date. Payment must be finalised by the given date for printing to go ahead. Once we receive your payment, your order will be printed and posted to you! How easy is that!

* The 10% deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your lay-by order.
